Will I feel drowsy?

No. Unwind doesn’t sedate you. It supports your body’s natural transition toward rest. The deepening of sleep happens once you’re already asleep.

Is there melatonin in it?

No. Melatonin can leave people groggy in the morning and disrupt the body’s natural rhythm with long-term use. We deliberately left it out.

Can I take Unwind every night?

Yes — that’s how it’s designed to be taken. Magnesium and L-theanine are both well-tolerated for daily use. Consult your healthcare provider if you have an existing condition or are on medication.

When will I notice a difference?
