REFUND POLICY

The 30-night promise

We built Unwind because nothing else worked for us. If it
doesn't work for you, we don't want your money.

Try Unwind for 30 nights. If you're not sleeping better,
feeling calmer in the evenings, or simply don't love the
product — for any reason at all — email us within 30 days
of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to return an unfinished bottle. You don't
need to prove anything. One email, one full refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email info@unwindsupplements.co.za with:
  • Your order number
  • The email address you used at checkout
  • A short note on how you found Unwind (optional —
    it helps us keep improving)

We'll confirm your refund within 2 working days.

WHEN WE PROCESS REFUNDS

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within
5 working days of approval. Depending on your bank, the funds
may take an additional 3–10 days to reflect on your statement.

WHAT THE 30-NIGHT PROMISE COVERS

  • One bottle per customer, per lifetime
  • The price you paid for the product
  • Available for 30 days from the date you received your order

WHAT IT DOESN'T COVER

Shipping costs on the original order
Multiple bottles in a single order — we only refund one bottle
  per customer under the 30-night promise. The remaining
  unopened bottles can be returned for a full refund at your
  cost (see Returns below).
Subscription orders beyond the first delivery — once you have
  tried Unwind under the promise, future subscription deliveries
  are not covered by it.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Separate from the 30-night promise: if your order arrives
damaged, the seal is broken, or we sent you the wrong product —
email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace
or refund (your choice) and cover all return shipping ourselves.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel a pre-order at any point before it ships, for
any reason, for a full refund — including shipping. Email us
with your order number.

COOLING-OFF PERIOD (ECTA SECTION 44)

In addition to the 30-night promise, South African law gives
you a 7-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your
order, during which you may cancel for any reason. For
unopened products, return shipping is at your cost; refund
will be the full product price.

RETURNS OF UNOPENED PRODUCT

If you'd like to return unopened, unused bottles within 30
days, email us first for a return address. Once we receive
the product in saleable condition, we'll refund the product
price (shipping at your cost). Please don't send returns
without contacting us first.
