SHIPPING POLICY
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship anywhere within South Africa. International
shipping is not yet available — but it's on the roadmap.
WHO WE USE
All orders are delivered by The Courier Guy, door-to-door,
with end-to-end tracking.
DISPATCH TIMES
Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a working day are
dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or on public holidays
are dispatched the next working day.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (ONCE DISPATCHED)
• Major centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban,
Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein): 1–3 working days
• Regional towns: 2–4 working days
• Outlying and rural areas: 3–7 working days
These are The Courier Guy's standard timeframes and apply
once your order has been collected from us. Load shedding,
weather, or unusual courier delays may add 1–2 days in
rare cases.
SHIPPING RATES
• Orders under R700 — flat rate R100
• Orders R700 and over — free shipping, anywhere in SA
TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your
order leaves us. You can also track directly on
thecourierguy.co.za with your waybill number.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
We deliver to physical street addresses only. The Courier Guy
does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please make sure your address is complete and someone is
available to receive the package — a signature is required
on delivery. If no one is home, the courier will attempt
delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the parcel is
held at the nearest depot for collection.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was
incorrect or no one collected it, re-delivery is charged at
the standard rate.
PRE-ORDERS
From time to time, we may offer a product on pre-order —
usually a new flavour, a limited release, or restocking a
sold-out line.
Pre-order products are clearly marked on the product page
and at checkout. When you order a pre-order product, you'll
see:
• A "Pre-order" label on the product page
• The expected dispatch date or window, also shown at checkout
• A confirmation in your order email
We do not mix pre-order and in-stock items in one shipment.
If your order contains both, we'll ship the in-stock items
first at no extra cost, then the pre-order items when they
arrive — also at no extra cost.
You can cancel a pre-order for any reason, at any point
before it ships, for a full refund. Email us with your order
number at info@unwindsupplements.co.za.
If a pre-order is delayed beyond the published window, we'll
email you within 24 hours of knowing and offer the choice
between waiting or receiving a full refund.
DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
In the rare event your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't
reach you at all, email info@unwindsupplements.co.za within
7 days of the expected delivery date with a photo (if damaged)
or your order number (if missing). We'll work with The Courier
Guy to resolve it and either replace your order or refund you.
